Each design is proceeded by a visit to the site by the entire team. In addition to photographing the site and taking inventory of existing conditions, we discuss the design program and begin to formulate possible solutions.

Immediately after the team site visit, we have an in-office design charette, where each member of the design team has the opportunity to present their ideas and explore them as a group. It is during this brainstorming session that the design begins to emerge.

We then begin to explore the most exciting ideas through intensive sketching, careful measurement, and research.
